A 35-story mixed-use tower and Portland’s first luxury five-star hotel — the Ritz Carlton. The milestone building is the City’s first project built on the Green Loop, and the largest development in Portland since the US Bancorp Tower. Including parking, this building is over one million square feet. The project is the largest Portland building of this era and houses a complex blended program: 160,000 square feet of office, a 251-key five-star hotel, 132 for sale private residences, and 13,000 square feet of lively ground-level retail. Although a highly complex mixture of programs, the design reflects an understated yet elegant resolution to the dynamic tower vernacular.
